With the support of the Swedish National Energy Administration, Det Norske Veritas has developed a multi-project verification methodology tested on about 30 Swedish Activities Implemented Jointly (AIJ) projects in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. This report documents the methodology and discusses the lessons learned from applying it on the Swedish-Baltic AIJ projects.
